What the percentage is calculated on
No hidden maths. Our fee is a percentage of the successful candidate’s total first-year
package — so you can work out the exact dollar figure before you engage us.
How we value a vehicle. Where a cash car allowance is paid, we use the actual allowance. Where a fully maintained company vehicle with private use is provided, it is deemed at a flat $18,000 per annum — reflecting the lease, fuel, insurance, registration and servicing the employee would otherwise fund themselves. Fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, workers compensation and other employer on-costs are excluded. Tool-of-trade and commercial work vehicles with no private use are not counted.
